Welcome to ZyncView. By accessing or using our website and vision training games, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service.

Medical Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability ZyncView provides dichoptic games for vision training and entertainment. ZyncView is a wellness and entertainment product. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a replacement for professional eye exams or advice from a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist. If you have a concern about your vision or your child's vision, see a qualified eye care professional.

1. User Agreement & Eligibility

By registering for an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms. ZyncView is open to users of any age without restriction. If a minor uses this service, we recommend parental supervision during play sessions.

2. Use of Services

ZyncView grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our platform strictly for personal, non-commercial vision training. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the game assets, structures, or source code.
Use automated scripts or bots to simulate play sessions or fake score metrics.
Attempt to bypass or access data belonging to other users.

To improve our platform and our games, we monitor and analyze aggregated, anonymized user performance statistics (such as playtimes and scores). By using the service, you agree to this non-personally identifiable analytical processing.

3. Pricing, Plans & Changes

ZyncView is currently free to use: there is no cost, there are no hidden charges, and no credit card or other payment details are required to try the games or to create an account. We reserve the right to modify the pricing structure, introduce paid premium plans, or charge for specific features/services in the future. We will provide notice on our website prior to implementing any subscription or billing changes.

4. Team Linking

If you choose to link your account to a team (for example at a school or community programme) by inputting a Team Code, you acknowledge and agree that your progress charts, playtime, and scores will be made visible to the coaches of that team. You may unlink your account at any time from your profile settings.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you are violating these Terms or engaging in activities that harm the platform or other users. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing hello@zyncview.com.

6. Analytics and Consent

We improve our products and advertising by using Microsoft Clarity to see how you use our website. By using our site, you agree that we and Microsoft can collect and use this data. We also use Umami Analytics to track general website performance, page views, and custom click actions in a privacy-friendly manner.
