Medical Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability ZyncView provides supplementary gamified binocular rivalry vision exercises. ZyncView is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnoses, and is not a replacement for professional medical exams, diagnoses, or prescriptions from a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified eye doctor before starting any vision therapy program.

1. User Agreement & Eligibility

By registering for an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms. ZyncView is open to users of any age without restriction. If a minor uses this service, we recommend parental supervision during therapy sessions.

2. Use of Services

ZyncView grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our platform strictly for personal, non-commercial vision training. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the game assets, structures, or source code.
Use automated scripts or bots to simulate play sessions or fake score metrics.
Attempt to bypass or access data belonging to other users.

To improve our platform and evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of our vision exercises, we monitor and analyze aggregated, anonymized user performance statistics (such as playtimes, scores, and vision improvements). By using the service, you agree to this non-personally identifiable analytical processing.

3. Pricing, Plans & Changes

ZyncView is currently offered **free of charge for personal use**. However, we reserve the right to modify the pricing structure, introduce paid premium plans, or charge for specific features/services in the future. We will provide notice on our website prior to implementing any subscription or billing changes.

4. Clinic/Doctor Linking

If you choose to link your account to a specific eye clinic by inputting a Clinic Code, you acknowledge and agree that your progress charts, playtime, and scores will be made visible to the healthcare professionals associated with that clinic. You may unlink your account at any time from your profile settings.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you are violating these Terms or engaging in activities that harm the platform or other users. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing hello@zyncview.com.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of these Terms shall be settled in the competent courts of India.

7. Analytics and Consent

We improve our products and advertising by using Microsoft Clarity to see how you use our website. By using our site, you agree that we and Microsoft can collect and use this data. We also use Umami Analytics to track general website performance, page views, and custom click actions in a privacy-friendly manner.
